I will be changing my host and my domain server soon to reduce my expenses. Overtime cuts and gas prices have really been hurting my budget, heck I’m about to sell my DSLR camera just so I have some money to spare. I hope things turn around for the better soon. Should be more cheaper and better camera’s out by then.
Anyway, expect some delays and errors in the future as I make the big switch. Just waiting for payday to come rolling before I go and roll over to the new host/domain. Also I’ll try and backup this blog so it can continue where I leave off, or I might just start from scratch all over again. heheh. Big changes are a coming either way so watch for it.
(Sorry, but I just loved the Anime movie and Gianna). Samuel Goldwyn, the U.S. distributor for Blood the Last Vampire had just announced a release date for the movie. Well sort of. The movie is due “later this summer.” Yeah I know, it’s not very specific but hey, at least it’s coming out. There is an official movie page for it too, right HERE.
I gotta change my “Watch Me Wednesday” section title. :D
Watch this really awesome SFX clip for Philips’ 21:9 HDTV. I posted this clip on 3DTotal, which is now featured on their front page. Hopefully they have more connections than me and will be able to provide a “Making Of..” featurette for this.
The clip has nothing to do with the 21:9 HDTV except for the ratio is was shot on…which is 21:9. Just imagine the Matrix’s “Bullet Time” effect and multiply the cool factor 100X. I have an idea as how it was done, but I’ll keep it to myself, cause I’m pretty sure I might be wrong anyway. lol.
EDIT: Looks like the video has been deleted from Vimeo. You can still view the High-Res video linked down below though.

Watch me Wednesday! On a Tuesday? What is the world coming to? Heheh. I thought I’d post this early because I thought this video can’t wait. It a short “behind the scenes” video of “Blood the Last vampire” and it has tons of footage from the upcoming film…with Gianna and cast. Some of the stunts looks pretty painful and amazing.
Enjoy.
Also, it seems like the something in the underlying code is slowing down the site and not the video themselves. So I’ll get right on it once I have time.
Really sorry for not posting lately, I’ve been very busy with work lately. I’m swamped with so many projects at work that I couldn’t squeeze in some time to post from my portable Live Writer. Plus my notebook is having issues with choosing an Internet Security app. So I was mostly trying to install-uninstall different anti-virus and firewall software when I’m at home.
Anyway, some minor changes. Videos will now be posted “after the breaks” of my posts. Meaning if you want to see the videos, you have to click on the “Read More >>>” link. Reason being is because I noticed that if I have a video posted on the front page, the page seems to load very slow. Even if the videos are hosted somewhere else, even on a fast server like YouTube, initial loading when you first arrive at this blog is very slow. So I hid them behind the break to make things a bit quicker.
My other upcoming update is I want to widen the site a little. Looking at this site from a 1920X1200 resolution makes it a little narrow. Plus I’d like to post higher res pictures and images so a wider space to write on would be perfect.
